This Go green wave has been on mind from a long time now. Have been reading and spending effort on this new wave of go green around and trying to do something new here.

Just love my life for this, I have people around who learn and teach me. Anyway so just saw this strip of dilbert and whoa .. what an observation

was wondering is Scott a person who has this extreme experience of getting so bang on everyday on each new aspect of life. For there are so brilliant people around us who learn so much in a day that we can't even think of. This strip clearly indicates a sharp comment on the break throughs which I understood after two months of effort.

And thereafter, all the skill to put it in this strip, mind blowing Scott !

Can we challenge ourselves to learn faster everyday ? Yes we can, Our mind has to be attuned to it ! It's like a fantasy video game, unending levels, challenges, lots of tunnels of mario, lots of enemies of contra, in various modes. Take one, take more, take more and it never ends, So much for the youth to focus their brains to make sure that they learn everyday every hour, every min so fast ... It's a race. With Yourself. Biggest ONE. learn FAst or DIe.

I have been trying, but the biggest block is the people around as well. There are some who don't want to learn and make sure that you don't learn at all. Keep away all of you.

And yes .. it's .linked to going green soon, sooner than you think, else you ll die anyways.

You did not do what you wanted to, you did what others wanted you to do. So now if you see anyone passionate working on what he loves to, you like them. You adore them in the way the person follows his/her passion. But the way you express the admiration is jealousy, which is fine as it motivates.

You try to prove them wrong, you try to justify your approach, seek to find satisfaction in your approach, but deep inside your heart is the growing frustration that you are doing not enough that you should have been doing. Y destiny is not known and you are not doing anything to find it.

I know jealousy is the only way you know to express your love/admiration.

This is not over, this has just began !

I see crowd celebrating and jubilation around ..hey hey hey ... hold on .. it is not the win .. it has just begin.. the war has began .. the fight has now begin.. can we get a good body out ? can we nail down all corrupt bastards.. until we nail each of them, AAG JALTI REHNI chahiye !! work and support till each $ from swiss accounts is back in india .. wait till you remove everyone from the top who's dirty.. this war was long overdue and IT has just began.. stop congratulating .. start ACTION ! don't pay bribes .. ask for bills, slap around who's corrupt. It has got to be a two way action !!

We need to make sure that the body is up to the mark, who can take action till it's done. Anna, we need you to fight this battle for us till it's done, RESPECT to you to spark it, but it's like 0.1% of the deal.

I want those intelligent guys celebrating here to come out and innovate to what can we do now to ensure the bill goes through and hunts down all of them, each and every one of them, who traded their conscience to be powerful, who traded public interests to achieve personal aspirations.

BILLS will come, BILLS will go... when do corrections start, how many of these are behind bars ?? Hang RAJA, Powar, or a few others with billions of $ of black money empire at public chowks and that's when we should celebrate... it's not the time to celebrate .. it's the time to vent out anger of each hard earned penny of every indian abused by this motherfuckin bastards.

Stupidity - like those eight legged freaks ..You see it crawls everywhere, reaches anywhere, can be in any quantity, has no limit, has no religion, is not bound, eats anything, survives anywhere, is omnipresent, go wherever it's there in a different shape and size but there !

Moreover, it has got those adapting skills similar to these creatures as well and can camouflage within a given environment. It will attack you when you expect the least !

So true so right. Every time i get closer to it, i feel i am still so far and fail anytime. Anytime i feel i am failing, i look back and smile, there's nothing to fail in :)

IITBombay PAF - Performing Arts Festival.

I was in love with it, i am still in love with it.

When we could do PAF all the activities in our college days, I think we could still do it, along with all our activities, in our professional life.

I thought this, asked a few people, and really found that people are ready to give their lives away for the cause, so i decided to throw a pebble into the ocean.

I have created an facebook group PAF-IITB, and it's viral already within a week with a big crowd there. Can we take PAF outside OAT/IITB, to the world ??

Can we take the art to theatre/amphitheatres? Can we as professionals do it as our parttime activity and show that the versatile, creative animal inside us is still alive and capable.

Can we pass on the social message ?

Can we take this interhostel cult event global ?

Can we do it professionally?

Can we get out of office home office home sched. and take this challenge ?

These questions are haunting me and time to get the answers.

Recession in the eye ?

Have been looking at people from this time where the slowdown has taken its headway in Indian market perspectives.. Have been listening more and more views everyday from a lot of respective gentleman. I found a few professionals/business owners saying that this is "THE" time and they are bellowing about them facing the recession/slowdown "In the Eye".

Well the truth is few of these people are actually meaning what they say, the recession in the eye with investor's cash being thrown around here and there ? Where is the true value ? Where is the business ? What is the growth statistics ? oh yes you might have doubled your team strength but only at the stake of someone else's money ??

And there are other's who have quickly hidden in covers, found a job? Quit their mission ?

And then there are people who are silently building value, doing work, creating trust, quality and helping business grow in a lower cost model, and are the ones looking the slowdown in the eye ....

This can't get better than this. All my life I have been craving for a mission, mission to be so occupied, so growing every minute, so accurately directed towards goal, so possessive about gaining knowledge. Well this is a pleasure, to be in a startup. I mean I feel elated a level above. I can do everything so better every coming day. I see my mistakes of yesterday and improve them today and that's pretty fast.

I told this to my close friend in a discussion yesterday: " It may be a matter of success now but it won't be important in future or may be its the other way round that its not important now but one day it might be crucial to achieve it. But overall I am in a joyous happy mood that success may not be important at all but this spirit shall prevail.. I want to life all my life in the same spirit now. After brainstorming and critically analyzing myself I understood that may be this is all about this spirit and success has no material in it now or whenever. I was later suggested by somebody that may be this feeling of redefining the success and its importance for oneself every second are the signs of having achieved it already.

It has been said so many times .. once again i say.. yes it's the journey .. and it shall remain a journey forever...
may be there's no destination.

This trip to Orissa came unplanned though but was a blessing...

An awesome trip to know various facts about the Puri, Cuttuck, Bhubaneswar (i keep on forgetting how to spell it) .. The pandas of the Jagannath temple .. those unbelievalbe dacoits who would loot people, snatch money at every corner of the temple.. you don't know when a hand will come and pull you to ask(beg/snatch) money .. freaking dirty and these have tourism as the only source of income i believe...

Thereafter the Konark Sun temple .. I would never forget the historical facts as explained by our guide.. Consists of more than 80% kama sutra inscribed on the temple walls (only the walls remain now.. the main temple and inside is ruined now..). Awesome reasons for these inscriptions.. killing of all the brave warriors in the war of Kalinga and the remaining ones becoming saints after facing the atrocities and brutalities of an unusually long terrific war. The king fearing the growth of next generations due to the lack of men in the society got these temples inscribed with these to arouse the feelings of those who ex-warriors. I really don't know how true.. but the 800 year old facts do tell us that our ancestors in India were far more sexually advanced than anybody else, dieties enjoying lesbian, animal sex, etc. and lot of other holy shit !!

And to the other extreme there is Nandankanan wild life century which appeared to me as unbelievably maintained with 30-40 leopards, equal tigers,lions, etc. separate huge ponds for the hippos and the rhino. Hundreds of other species in the zoo .. those rare ones ..but well maintained and clean .. nice and governement has to be congratulated for something after visiting this... I love plastic free zones.

Unrotting Potatoes

Yes they never seem to rot .. these bollywood potatoes.. this other day i was out in Pune attending the house warming party of my senior Mr. Putin. A lot of seniors and chholes with enough alcohol the whole night. The next day I went to adlabs pune with dear friend of mine Miss Medha to watch this bolly flick i was expecting to be good "cc2c ".. I mean I like AK in his kind of roles man.. and freakss .. we were comparing it with jaani dushman ! there was a potato in its kind of Ganesha god. And for years the potato didnt rott ... and i see the same happening with the industry overall. So many nice concepts of making real good movies out there .. this Kalpana lover Aamir Khan's Ghajini, or this cc2c or similar other nice concepts why do they have to get supernatural, magic powerful heroes to save the world or take the revenge... with decades these bollywood story writer potatoes dont seem to rot ....and i am still searching of my move for that matter ...

Studying the scientific/basic colors, the RGB which mixed in disparate ratios compose all existing colors. I feel as rgb does it for colors, the TPL does it for human beings. With everyone's perception of good-bad, lets say for colors some people say these are good colors and they are bad colors, view might vary. But there is distinct classification pychologically in every brain. Now looking at basic colors there aint good or bad but everything is a conglomerate of the 3 RGB in proportions. Sighting it to be similar I confidently see every human is proportion each of teacher, preacher and leecher with its good and bad being defined on again individual pychology basis... as a some blue might cause a orange to become good orange and more blue might cause an orange to be dull bad orange.. a leecher in its essence the way a person listens and understands from a source becomes good human being and the way it is a more leecher, surviving on somebody else's resources becomes a parasite!

I have been wondering the logics behind multiple lifts in various buildings/hotels... and i firmly believe there exists an unoptimized energy methodology behind lifts. There is definitely a scope of improvement here !

Moreover, i dislike people who press lift button more than once and keep on pressing it until it arrives... its coming from 10 to ground and its coming but you don't have to press button 4 times to get it there faster ..i mean common .. test of body language of the desperate soul

I got one man and created a business... its an awesome feeling to have one committed colleague. The One for you takes you places. I did my startup. My colleagues have contacts. I have lil sales capabilities and result is you get business. But getting business and delivery are two different things. The One makes you go cash positive .. ?! Being humble is a necessity, I am told. I have taken this seriously and have seen the results in one single day. One of the prospect lead, we have had a cold war. An ego clash. I tried several times as its bread and butter that I need, have to be even more down to earth. Earlier in the day(actually in the night before the day) I had this dream why not one more try ? Let me bend... and thereafter the humbleness lecture pushed me enough to actually do it. Did it. Today is my day and I look forward in getting down to some serious business now. :)

For the first time Powai traffic blockage has proved to be a good morning.. There's never an auto who's ready to go.. You can't get into a BEST and going alone on one of the rare auto's you find is like cutting your pockets away. So what share the auto's with the other people waiting. Take money from them for sharing auto.. Talk in traffic jam. Network :). Hire developers. Give out cards to people looking for jobs. Patience is the valuable resource. Investing patience in any affair is like investing money in stock markets. I realize either you should not have it at all or once you invest .. just carry it with you for some time wherever you go.

I have found the best of the acclaimed people trying to bring you down, demotivation in general but a more confidence boosting on the aspect that its better to take risks and may be burn yourself than keep killing yourself doing nothing with proclaimed entrepreneurs.

I just heard a news of a eye witness - hey .. now you have to pay RPF some good money to get seatings in Railway General coaches and class local trains.. once after those who afford it have been seated, you can expect it to be open to remaining public who's been beaten down with sticks to get into the coach 15 mins before departure only.. although the train has been standing from some 3 hours.
